What is QikRewards?
QikRewards helps you find Businesses, see what is open, discover Special Offers and keep track of ongoing Rewards.
Do I need to pay to use QikRewards?
The core Customer experience is free. Individual Businesses decide the purchase or visit requirements for their own Rewards and Special Offers.
What is the difference between a Reward and a Special Offer?
A Reward is an ongoing reason to come back. A Special Offer is time-sensitive and has a start and end time.
How does Get Directions work?
QikRewards opens directions to the specific Business location you selected. Always check the displayed opening status before travelling.
Why does QikRewards ask for my location?
Only when you tap Use My Location. Your browser asks your permission, and QikRewards uses the coordinates to put nearby Businesses first. You can use QikRewards without sharing location.
For Businesses
What can my Business do on QikRewards?
Publish a Business profile, locations and hours, create Rewards and Special Offers, answer QikRewards Questions, and see simple Customer activity.
Do Customers see an internal Business label?
No. Public Businesses are presented consistently. Internal operational tags are used only by QikRewards Admin.
How do I correct my hours?
Open Locations in your Business dashboard. You can edit regular weekly hours and set temporary hours or a one-day closure.
How will I know a Customer asked a question?
The question appears in your QikRewards Questions inbox. QikRewards also records Business notification attempts so delivery problems can be identified.
